‘Gogy’
-gɒgi/ ɡɒdʒi/ (go-ji)
Gogy is a project concerned with the re-evaluation of education strategies in relation to creative freedom. Initially intended to be a platform for discussions regarding contemporary art school education, Gogy hosted talks find themselves in more deeply rooted territory, allowing for philosophical and entrepreneurial ideas to be realised. Gogy is the experimental open tutorial that challenges typical methods of pedagogy and andragogy, favouring heautagogy; or re-learning how to learn, and imagining its application to not only the arts and education- but also to social behaviours, interaction and happiness.
